Hashem is an immensely experienced HR professional with massive background on HR Planning, budgeting, performance, employee relations, training, establishing policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and development for over 15 years in UAE Market. Hashem has worked in different established and well known firms such as Emirates International Restaurant LLC (Chilis)/ Saleh Bin Lahej, Al Sayer Group and Al Tayer Group. He joined FQ as a Regional HR & Admin Manager and has been promoted to the new role as Head of HR.
